Worst tax place in Columbia. If u want to be lied to and treated as if you have no common sense this is the place to come to. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER Service. Dropped my return off a month and a half ago now my return is lost and have to order another through my bank. Promises of returned phone calls and i end up with nothing .

DO NOT GO HERE!This place has honestly gotten worse over the years and I will never go here for services ever again. First of all, the rep Sandy is so rude, and doesn't provide any help at all. She cuts you off mid-sentence and makes everything seem clear cut when IT ISN'T. As well Javis Tax "pros" have messed up my filing for 2 years straight and now I can't qualify for certain things because they inputted data incorrectly. AGAIN DO NOT COME HERE! Worst tax place I had the displeasure of dealing with.
